Flood Threat Continues Due to Additional Rainfall; Fire Threat in the Southern Plains and Southwest

Numerous river systems remain in flood stage due to last week's heavy rain in the central and southern U.S. to the Great Lakes. More rainfall is forecast across the Lower/Mid-Miss. and Tenn.
